AI in Practice:
A Working Session for Business Owners
Who Want More Than the Basics

Members leave with a framework they'll use the next time they sit down with AI — not a handout. A skill.

In Person · One Session All Experience Levels A Framework They'll Use Tomorrow
Who This Is For

Some members have opened an AI tool, gotten something generic back, and quietly moved on. This session meets them exactly there. The output wasn't the problem — what they typed was. One session changes that.

Others have been experimenting for months and getting useful results, but suspect they're leaving something on the table. This session shows them how far a structured approach can go — and gives them a repeatable process to build from independently.

Both leave with something real.

How It's Designed

This session is built differently from the AI overviews members have likely seen before. Here's why the format works.

Built for two audiences at once

Someone newer to AI and someone who's been experimenting watch the same live demonstration and take different things away. The session is scaffolded so neither sits through material that doesn't move them forward.

A framework, not a list of tips

Members leave with three moves — Clarify, Context, Challenge — grounded in Anthropic's own prompt engineering principles. Something they can apply to any AI task, not just what they saw demonstrated.

Meets members where they are

The session opens with a quick reference to what most AI courses cover — so no one feels talked down to — then moves straight into what most courses skip: how to actually apply it in your own business.

What the Session Covers

How the session flows from start to finish.

01
Opening

One question to the room surfaces the gap between having tried AI and actually getting something useful from it. Three data points follow — grounding the conversation in what's changing right now for businesses like theirs.

02
What Most People Already Know

A single reference slide covers the basics — how AI works, what it can and can't do, free versus paid tools — so members who are newer have an anchor and those who've already explored can confirm they're on solid ground. This takes under two minutes. Then we move on.

03
Why Most AI Output Feels Generic

Three prompt examples on screen — from too vague, to almost good, to almost right but still missing the thing that makes it yours. Members see the gap between average output and output that actually sounds like their business. This sets up everything that follows.

04
The Live Demonstration

Jorge runs a complete workflow live — one real business scenario, built in stages on screen. Members watch a bad prompt become a good one, a good one become a great one, and a great one get pushed further. At each stage, Jorge narrates exactly what changed and why. Two or three moments invite quick input from the room, keeping the demonstration grounded in real businesses rather than generic examples.

05
The Framework and Close

The three moves from the demonstration — Clarify, Context, Challenge — get named and mapped back to what the room just watched. A table shows how the same approach applies to each of the four demo scenarios, so the framework travels beyond today. The session closes with one clear next step for members who want to go further.

Choose the Anchor Demo

The chamber selects one of these four scenarios as the session's live demonstration. Jorge runs the full workflow on screen — members watch, follow along, and see exactly how each step compounds into something they could take back and use the next day.

Demo A

Lead to Proposal

The scenario: A business receives a new inquiry and needs to respond with a professional proposal.

Jorge builds a complete, brand-consistent proposal live on screen — starting from a raw lead summary, layering in business voice and pricing, and generating a finished document members would actually send.

NewA faster way to respond to inquiries without starting from scratch every time.
BuildingA complete end-to-end workflow — replicable, on-brand, and ready to run independently.
Demo B

Document to Brief

The scenario: A long document arrives — a grant RFP, a vendor contract, a policy update — and needs to become something actionable fast.

Jorge pastes a document on screen and extracts the key decisions, open questions, and next steps into a clean brief in minutes. Includes a practical moment on handling sensitive documents responsibly — a real concern for nonprofits and professional services firms alike.

NewRelief from documents that currently take hours to read carefully.
BuildingA repeatable extraction process that adapts to any document type.
Demo C

Social Content Engine

The scenario: A business has something worth sharing but doesn't know where to post, what to say, or whether anyone will see it.

Jorge starts with an audience research brief — where do this business's customers actually spend time, and what gets their attention — then generates content variations, runs a voice audit, and adapts the best version for a second platform.

NewA way past the blank page — content that actually fits the business.
BuildingA full strategy-to-content loop, from audience insight to published post.
Demo D

Hiring Filter

The scenario: A business owner has more applicants than time to evaluate them thoughtfully.

Jorge builds a screening framework live — starting by defining what "good" actually looks like for the role, then using AI to filter against those criteria, and finishing with a structured interview question generator the owner can reuse for every future hire.

NewA faster path from a flooded inbox to a shortlist worth reading.
BuildingA hiring criteria framework that sharpens every future role, not just this one.

Which demo fits your members?

Select the scenario that resonates most with your audience and add any context that would help Jorge shape the session. He'll confirm within one business day.
